The mouthwatering Victoria Hot Chocolate Festival pours 32 days of sweet treats Jan. 20 to Feb. 20.
In support of the BC SPCA Victoria Community Animal Centre, a number of local businesses will create one-of-a-kind hot chocolate experiences at this delicious event.
Among the 14 participating businesses is Duo Cafe Bakery at Inn at Laurel Point, which has a signature hot chocolate inspired by the flavours of classic Thai coffee.
