The mouthwatering 32-day Victoria Hot Chocolate Festival, set to take place from Jan. 20 to Feb. 20, is sure to thrill locals’ palates and sense of community.

In an endeavor to benefit the BC SPCA Victoria Community Animal Centre, a number of local businesses will showcase their inventiveness by creating one-of-a-kind hot chocolate experiences at this delicious event.

Among the participants is Duo Cafe Bakery at Inn at Laurel Point, which has a signature hot chocolate inspired by the flavours of classic Thai coffee.
